Chief Executive Officer
I am the proud owner of Inner Renewal Counseling & Consulting, LLC. I am a native of Gadsden County and have been serving in the mental health field since 2014. Over the years, I've worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Case Manager, Therapist, Behavioral Health Consultant, and Clinical Director. My journey has taken me into county jails, prison systems, schools, inpatient treatment facilities, and the community at large, giving me the privilege to walk alongside individuals from all walks of life.
I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to providing quality, compassionate care while raising awareness and breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health. My experience includes supporting individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including co-occurring and dual diagnoses.
This new journey with Inner Renewal is a dream come true-one rooted in the desire to help people renew their inner sense of self and restore a greater quality of life. Remember: It's okay to say you are not okay. You don't have to suffer in silence-I'm here to help. I look forward to serving individuals and communities across the state.

I proudly serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Inner Renewal Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I am a native of Gadsden County and have dedicated the past 22 years to the behavioral health field, primarily within the prison system where I served in multiple leadership capacities.
Over the years, I have held roles as Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Unit Manager, Investigator, Program Specialist, and Deputy Warden. These experiences allowed me to closely interact with individuals struggling with both mental health and substance use challenges. While I did not provide direct care myself, I oversaw the departments responsible for delivering these critical services ensuring quality, accountability, and compassion were at the forefront.
I lead with dignity, integrity, honesty, compassion, and empathy qualities I am honored to bring to Inner Renewal Counseling and Consulting. My goal is simple yet profound: to ensure that every individual we serve receives the highest quality of care.

Social Worker
I am a compassionate social worker with a true passion for guiding children, teens, and families toward brighter futures. A proud graduate of Thomas University with a Bachelor of Social Work, I combine strong clinical training with real-world experience from youth-focused programs such as the Boys and Girls Club and the Thomasville Resource Center.
Known for my natural ability to connect with young people, I create safe and supportive spaces where clients feel comfortable opening up, exploring their emotions, and building resilience. Whether I am facilitating engaging activities, offering one-on-one support, or helping youth develop healthy coping skills, my goal is always the same: to empower individuals to discover their strengths and reach their fullest potential.
